By air to Seoul, Korea followed by Hawaii and finally Salt Lake City. Overland journey by Jeep from Salt Lake City to Seattle, Sacramento and back to Salt Lake City. |

 From the Grand
Palace of Korea
 ...to the hill top of Honolulu, Hawaii, looking
at Diamond Head in the yonder  All the way to Salt Lake City, Utah to visit
the house of the Lord on the mountain top high up in the Rockies.
 Embarking on an adventurous overland journey by
Jeep for over 2,500 miles...
 ...the dry desert of Nevada State in the west,
travelling on highway 80 up to the town of Ely and then turning...  We then pressed on through the desert of
Oregon State, heading north-west on highway 84 and then going on 82  ...where we could reunite with family, friends
and continue our family history work, not forgetting to enjoy the abundant seafood  We started to head south along highway 5 to
break journey in Portland Oregon...

Convention Center which can seat a crowd of 25,000 people comfortably without pillars!  ...out through the green fields by the Great
Salt Lake of Utah State, heading towards..  ...northward on smaller country roads to the
State of Idaho to rest in Meridian near Boise. The pear tree is at the Gabrielsen's home.  ...to join highway 90 which led
to miles of
Redwood forests as we approached the coastal city of Seattle in Washinton State  Even Geok Lee's passion for architecture was
met by visiting the Chapel of St Ignatius, designed by the famous architect, Steven Holl  sleeping in the beautiful home that the Dallings
Back to the frontbuilt, a couple with a marriage of over 50 years! |
